Our two key principals are truly steeped in media, having worked in the business themselves before embarking on successful careers in media recruitment at Searchlight www.searchlight.com.

At Lumina, we take over where Searchlight leaves off, and we work exclusively on £100k+ appointments up to Board level.

 

We are:

Anne Fenton FCIPD Managing Director

Anne has worked in Executive Recruitment in the Media Sector for over 11 years and in the Media as a whole for over 20 years. Formerly Joint MD of Searchlight Executive, she has worked with a wide range of clients from small start-ups to large multi-national corporations.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she is also a qualified tester for Level B psychometric testing.

Before Searchlight, Anne was Executive Director of BKSTS, a professional organisation for technology professionals within the media sector.

 

Gary Hodes MA CA Principal

Gary Hodes is a Scottish Chartered Accountant with a background in international film distribution at Warner Bros. Inc.

In a 17-year career which spanned London, New York and Los Angeles, Gary moved from finance to European sales before leaving Warner to start the Searchlight Group.

 

 

Michael Chapman Researcher

Michael is a recent graduate who has a background in research and recruitment. In his last role, he worked as a Recruitment Researcher focusing on a range of sectors. Before moving into recruitment he worked as a Research Intern at Lancaster University.

Michael works closely with Anne, focusing on candidate research for a wide range of roles and clients, both in the UK and internationally.
