Fatima Urosa, heads up Searchlight España. Throughout her career, Fatima has gained a deep knowledge of both the Spanish and the international film and TV industries. She has worked in various fields such as production, international sales, marketing, servicing and HR, for a number of companies in both Spain and the UK. She previously worked at Disney ABC ESPN Television and the British Film Institute, both in London.
On Executive Search assignments, Fatima is able to draw on the wealth of experience Asset Media’s management team have acquired during their distinguished careers in the Spanish media sector.
